This was my first event working at Clarim Media, so I knew I needed to do a good job. This event was previously branded as “The Health + Wealth of America,” but was rebranded in 2022 to address more global issues. I updated the old logo with the new title, rearranged the placing of the words, and added the globe icon.
For the agenda, I needed to make sure all the partner logos fit nicely and were arranged by the proper hierarchy. I modified the logo for a more vertical format by moving the globe icon above the text and enlarging it. I had to do a few tests and edits to make sure the QR code at the bottom was large enough to scan properly. For the inside details, I went through a couple rounds of formatting the text size and spacing so that everything fit on the two halves, and both were fairly balanced.
For the badges, I designed the white space where the guests info went to have extra white space on the top and bottom, so that I could place printed labels for new guest registrations on the badges without covering up the design. I followed the curve of the globe for the top and bottom edges of the white space, which gave it a sort of 3D illusion effect.
Finally, I designed a step-and-repeat backdrop for the stage, paying close attention to the height of the logos so that when people were seated they would roughly line up with their heads, to ensure it was captured well in the video and images.
